Benefits of Vitamin C and Zinc
Combination of 1000 mg Vitamin C + 10 mg Zinc speeds up common cold recovery2.
Supplementation with 1000 mg vitamin C & 10 mg of zinc was significantly more efficient than placebo in:3
- Relieving common cold symptoms (runny nose) during the first 5 days of treatment
- Speeding up recovery
- Improving other symptoms (i.e. nasal obstruction, sneezing, and eye-watering)
